1. Returns
• You can return any item within 7 days of receiving it.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when delivered.

• Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
2. Exchanges
• You can exchange items within 7 days of receiving them.
• Exchanges are valid for items in the same category and in original condition.
• Contact us via WhatsApp to arrange the exchange.
• We’ll cover shipping for the replacement item.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately on WhatsApp with photos of the issue.
• We’ll replace the item or provide a full refund at no extra cost.
4. Important Notes
• Personalized or customized items are non-refundable.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
• Keep the shipping receipt until the return/exchange process is complete.
